How does your pricing work?

We price by the volume your items take up in the truck, so you only pay for the space you use. Every estimate is upfront and in writing before we lift a single item — labor, transport, and disposal fees are all included. Single-item pickups start at $89 and full-truck loads top out around $649.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Irving, Frisco, Garland, McKinney and the surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. If you are just outside our map, call us — we often make it work.

Do you donate usable items?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Furniture, appliances, clothing, and household goods in good condition are delivered to local charities and shelters instead of the landfill, and we will email you the donation receipt when one is available.

What do you recycle?

Metal, appliances, mattresses, e-waste, cardboard, and clean yard waste are all diverted to recycling and composting partners. On average we keep about 60% of every load out of the landfill.

How quickly can you schedule my pickup?

Same-day and next-day appointments are available most days. You choose a two-hour arrival window, and we text you when the crew is on the way.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — we carry full general liability coverage and are happy to provide a certificate of insurance for HOAs, apartment complexes, and commercial property managers before the job.

What payments do you accept?

Cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and invoicing with net terms for approved realtors, contractors, and property management companies.

Can you handle very heavy items?

Absolutely. Pianos, safes, hot tubs, exercise equipment, and appliances are routine for us. We bring dollies, straps, and the crew size the job actually needs — stairs and tight hallways included.
